Unified, Motivated and Equipped staff are the single most important resource for the success of any organization. Unfortunately, this resource is often limited by pushback, stress and confusion. Communication is the essential element to release this potential.

Communication both breeds and resolves conflict and controversy. The Insurance Systems Architect works with management and staff to identify conflict then draft practical, long term solutions to effectively resolve conflict and manage organizational controversy.

A common reason why these challenges keep popping up is because all of the stakeholders are not included in the growth process. The role of the Insurance Systems Architect is to come in-house to work with everyone in the communication process - Owner, Management, CSRs, Producers and Support Staff.

The team will come to the agency to accomplish:

• Conduct a Morale Survey
• Meet individually with each member of the Staff
• Meet with groups of Staff, as needed, to manage and resolve conflict and pushback
• Identify specific areas of change and growth
• Provide Management with a comprehensive evaluation and plan for implementation
• Work with Management to create Action Plans for implementing change
• Meet with Staff to explain areas of change and resolve conflict
