sim-plic-i-ty - the state of being simple, uncomplicated, or uncompounded

Simplicity is a unique plan and philosophy designed to meet a common challenge faced by every small agency -

How to have the time and energy to implement changes necessary to effectively and consistently increase agency revenue.

Simplicity provides a comprehensive, turnkey solution that involves the entire agency in growth, not just the owner and Producers. The strategies and resources are unique, creative and proven effective. As a result, each of our agencies establish their own distinctive "Blue Ocean Strategy" in their communities.

We do not work with agency automation, working electronically, agency efficiencies, workflow, procedures, agency valuation or HR. We have one focus and one purpose - ensuring your agency increases revenue in 2010 - regardless what the market does!

As Insurance Systems Architects, we discover your agency’s strengths, weaknesses and opportunities to create a custom blueprint based on your unique needs.  Using this blueprint, we work with agency staff and management to build a bridge capable of taking them from their current level of revenue to where they want to be. We can even provide off-site staff management and marketing.

Simplicity begins with a 3 day in-house construction project in which the team of Insurance Systems Architects work with agency Management and Staff to establish goals, train staff and implement a consistent marketing plan. The 3 day in-house project follows the Catalyst Process for Management and Staff with a set of tools and blueprint to construct a marketing plan meeting the individual needs of each agency.
