During a 3 day in-house visit, a team of Insurance Systems Architects drafts a custom Leadership plan based on the individual personality, strengths and needs of each agency and owner. Leadership styles are very personal, and must be flexible enough to grow as the needs of the agency grows.

During this visit, the team will:

  • Identify individual Leadership styles
  • Determine specific strengths and weaknesses for Management
  • Meet individually with agency Management to discuss challenges, past training and specific areas they feel is needed for growth
  • Establish a custom training plan for agency Management
