Justin's background is at the company level, with over 7 years hands-on experience with claims management, fraud investigation and underwriting. His service has been with both direct writers and national carriers.

Justin's undergraduate degree is in Communications, with emphasis on Internal Organizational Communications. His specialty is quickly getting to the core issues with individuals and organizations, and mapping clear, practical solutions for change and growth. He also has a minor in Business Management.

Justin lives in Sachse, TX with his wife, Melissa, and son Ethan.

Tom's background in marriage and family counseling, team building, consulting and leadership training has provided personal, hands-on experience with hundreds of organizations and thousands of individuals over the past 35 years. His specialty is quickly understanding the needs of individuals, defining a clear vision, then walking with them until they reach their goal.
